How to Calculate Your Delivery Time

Your delivery timeline is the sum of our Order Processing Time and Shipping Time. All timelines are based on business days (Monday - Friday).

AOP (All-Over Print) Products

1. Order Processing Time (Time to Prepare Your Order)

·         Average Estimate: 2-4 business days

·         This is the time it takes for us to prepare, print, and carefully package your order for shipment.

2. Shipping Time (Time Your Order is in Transit)

The average shipping time varies depending on your destination:

·         United States (US): 4-7 business days

·         United Kingdom (UK): 7-9 business days

·         Canada (CA): 7-12 business days

·         Europe (EU) & Other Listed Countries: 10-15 business days

3. Total Estimated Delivery Time (From Purchase to Your Door)

·         To the United States: 6-11 business days

·         To the United Kingdom: 9-13 business days

·         To Canada: 9-16 business days

·         To Europe & Other Countries: 12-19 business days

1. Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days

  • External Factors: Shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance in the destination country or local postal service delays. This may add an additional 2-6 days to the delivery time.
  • Peak Seasons: During busy periods like major holidays (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday), please anticipate potential delays.

SHIPPING COSTS

Introduction Our shipping costs are calculated automatically and transparently based on two main factors: the total shipping weight of the products in your cart and your destination's Shipping Zone.

Step 1: How Your Order's Weight Is Calculated

We use a "shipping weight" system (unit: lb) to calculate shipping fees. This is a conventional weight assigned for shipping purposes and is not the actual weight of the product.

Shipping Weight Table:

  • T-Shirt: 0.1 lb
  • Hoodie: 0.2 lb

Example: If you purchase 1 T-shirt and 1 Hoodie, the total shipping weight of your order is 0.1 + 0.2 = 0.3 lb.

Step 2: Determining Your Shipping Zone

We classify countries into 3 distinct shipping zones to apply accurate rates.

  • Zone 1: United Kingdom, United States.
  • Zone 2: Canada, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden.
  • Zone 3: New Zealand, Qatar, United Arab Emirates. Australia, Hong Kong SAR

Based on the total weight and destination zone, the shipping fee (in USD) is applied according to the unified table below:

Step 4: Shipping Discount & Free Shipping Policy

To provide the best shopping experience, we offer a shipping discount policy for high-value orders, applicable to all shipping zones:

  • For orders with a product subtotal of $150 USD or more, you will receive 100% free shipping.

Note: The discount is applied automatically at the checkout page when your order meets the requirements. 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Please allow 3-5 business days for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system after you receive the confirmation email. If you have any questions about your tracking, please contact us at support@colorizeyou.com.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Address Changes: We can only change the shipping address if your order has not yet entered the processing stage. If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately at support@colorizeyou.com with your order number.

Delivery Issues

  • Order Not Delivered: If your order has not arrived within the estimated 20 business days, please contact us so we can investigate the issue.
  • Marked as Delivered, but Not Received: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your property and with neighbors. If you are still unable to locate it, please contact us within 10 days of the marked delivery date for assistance.
