What Happens Next?

Once we receive a valid infringement notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the infringing content. We will also notify the user who posted the content and provide them with an opportunity to submit a counter-notice. 

Submitting a Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you can submit a counter-notice to our Designated Agent with the following information:

• Identification of the removed content: Describe the content that was removed and where it appeared on our website.
• Statement of good faith belief: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you believe the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
• Your contact information: Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• Statement of consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court for the district where you are located.
• Your signature: An electronic or physical signature.
